Certified Living Professional Record practice
CLPRA certification recognizes demonstrated competence in the Living Professional Record practice. It is a separate, higher bar than Academy access.
Separate from Academy access
Certification is not the same as completing the LPR Academy. Academy access is an included learning path for eligible users; certification is a distinct evaluation with its own bar and its own price.

Application
Complete the free LPR Academy first. A formal application may open only after the versioned assessment, independent review, appeals, renewal, and privacy controls are accepted.
Assessment & approval
Certification is subject to assessment and approval — it is not granted automatically on payment or application.
What certification does not do
CLPRA certification does not automatically grant a role, status, work, or authority. It recognizes demonstrated practice — it does not confer employment, a title, or any operational position.
Application and payment
Apply through JPC. After an authorized human reviewer confirms the prerequisites and approves the application, this account can pay the $1,000 certification fee.
