Enterprise Match is a JPC program for Candidates and genuine W-2 Employers to explore position-specific, evidence-backed introductions without turning a person into an ordered list or a prediction.

Public Enterprise Match information is available now. Candidate enrollment, Employer access, matching, identity release, and purchasing remain guarded until their separate acceptance conditions pass; these information pages create no records.

How Enterprise Match controls Candidate data

For Candidates

Candidate participation is free, voluntary, and separate from every paid JPC product. Enrollment opens only after the applicable entry controls pass.

  • • Candidates control whether they participate.
  • • A position-specific choice comes before any identity or contact release.
  • • Declining or withdrawing does not affect access to other JPC services.
Candidate information

For Employers

Position Pass, Portfolio, and Scale are the defined Employer access families for verified organizations and genuine W-2 positions. Prices and detailed commercial mechanics require authorized access.

  • • Commercial details stay behind authenticated Employer access.
  • • Organization qualification remains separate from signing in.
  • • The Employer—not JPC—makes every interview and hiring decision.
