Candidate participation is free, voluntary, and separate from every paid JPC product. Create a named account, confirm a bounded evidence package, and make a distinct OptIn choice when you are ready.

• Candidates control whether they participate.
• A position-specific choice comes before any Candidate Summary or identity release.
• Declining or withdrawing does not affect access to other JPC services.

Position Pass, Portfolio and Scale are the defined Employer plans. A separate verified organization account completes automated admission, submits a genuine W-2 position, and sees exact pricing before purchase.

• Automated checks evaluate account-domain consistency, complete legal-entity fields, representative authority, and certifications.
• Commercial details stay behind authenticated Employer access.
• The Employer—not JPC—makes every interview and hiring decision.

The model describes documented alignment and source status. It does not claim that a person will succeed, fit a culture, or produce a particular outcome.

• No paid placement priority.
• No score, top-k rank, personality inference, or hiring recommendation.
