Save your work before you rely on it

Session-only storage is the default. You may explicitly remember a PII-screened copy of the accepted Record in this browser, but raw source files and intake text are never stored. Nothing syncs across devices. Export a private backup before you rely on the Record long-term.

Choose your capture path

Both paths build the same local Working Record and use the same benchmark engine. Automated capture extracts review drafts; it does not invent evidence or claims.

Manual is always free. Your first Automated LPR package is free.

Additional Automated LPR packages require an active Standard or Premium LPR subscription. Only a content-free usage receipt leaves this browser; source material and Record content stay on this device.

Session-only storage is the default. If you choose to remember a sanitized copy, it remains in this browser and is not an encrypted vault. Nothing syncs across devices. Download a Word-friendly report and a private Backup / Restore file before relying on it long-term.

Where did my download go?

On iPhone or iPad: check the Files app, usually under Downloads, iCloud Drive, or the folder selected by Safari.

On Android: check Downloads, Files, Google Drive, or your browser's download folder.

For everyone: you can also email the downloaded files to yourself or save them to a trusted cloud drive.

Human-Readable Reports

Word-friendly .rtf files that open in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.

These materials are generated from your Record. Review and revise before using them. Do not add claims that are not supported by your work episodes, evidence, confirmed claims, or confirmed patterns.

Copy / Paste Outputs

Clean plain text for Word, Google Docs, email, or an AI tool.

Backup / Restore File

Advanced backup file. This file is for the Record Builder, not for reading in Word. It lets you restore your Working Record in this browser or import it later. Do not edit it unless you know what you are doing, and keep it private — it may contain personal career information.

To continue from a saved Backup / Restore file, open the Record Builder on the device you want to use and choose Import Backup / Restore File.

What is a Backup / Restore file?

It is a structured file (schema 1.0) that lets the Record Builder reload your work later. It is not meant to be opened or edited like a Word document. Use the Word-friendly reports if you want to read, print, revise, or share your work.

Where can I use this file? Use it here in the Record Builder to restore your work. In the future, it may also help move your Record into a saved account or app version. Most people should rely on the Word-friendly reports, text exports, CSV exports, and copy/paste outputs.

Should I upload it somewhere else? Only upload it to a service you trust. Your Record may include personal work history, evidence, claims, and career information.
