The Discord Community
JPC hosts an entire community on Discord for conversations and selected program spaces for adults 18+ with a verified JPC account (free or paid), acceptance of community rules, and an approved account connection.
What it is not
Discord is not the source of truth for subscriptions, payments, Academy progress, certification, Partner approval, Enterprise Match, refunds, or official decisions. Do not post private Living Professional Records, evidence, payment details, assessment material, manuscripts, employer or client information, or Enterprise Match information.
Third-party notice
Discord is a third-party service with its own account requirements, terms, privacy practices, member visibility, and safety settings. Your JPC account determines JPC access; joining Discord or receiving a Discord role does not create a JPC subscription, credential, or program eligibility.
Support boundary
Community discussion and scheduled group sessions do not promise 24/7 live human support or moderation, immediate response, unlimited individual help, or emergency service.
JPC Discord account configuration
A JPC account connects you to the Discord Community and select program channels after the current age, rules, eligibility, identity, and provider checks pass.

Ending one qualifying program removes only the managed spaces supported by that program. Other current qualifications remain separate. A community suspension can restrict community use without changing a subscription or credential.
