When can I start, and where is Enterprise Match available?

Enterprise Match is not currently available in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah, West Virginia, Maine, Maryland, or the District of Columbia.
What personal information does JPC collect?
Account, identity, contact, authentication, transaction, subscription, support, device, log, security, and communication information. Life-Path Record content, evidence references, work history, outcomes, skills, preferences, work conditions, availability, blocks, corrections, and approved Renderings.
Does Enterprise Match need my consent?
Candidate participation in Enterprise Match is free and voluntary. Candidate and Company identities remain protected until the Candidate reviews the specific position, gives position-specific consent, and all required release conditions are met. A withdrawal stops future Enterprise Match participation immediately.
Who can see my information?
The public site may explain the program, but it does not publish private Candidate Records, Employer records, applications, reports, or identity releases. For an authorized position, a verified Customer may receive a validated identity-protected Candidate Summary if randomly selected for a non-repeating block. After a successful authorized reveal request and revalidation, the Customer may receive the candidate-approved identity and contact information. Before identity or contact reveal, JPC uses pseudonymous keys and suppresses direct contact information, names, photographs, precise location, unique narratives, and other high re-identification signals. JPC does not sell candidate identity or charge candidates for referral or placement. Other disclosures under the policy: Service providers and processors for hosting, security, communications, payment, support, analytics, AI assistance, audit, and professional services under contract. Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, and transaction counterparties when legally appropriate.
How long does JPC keep my information?
JPC retains information only for service, consent, consumer-reporting, dispute, fraud or security, audit, legal, and validation purposes. Candidate current-status revalidation occurs at 14 days. A withdrawal stops future Enterprise Match participation immediately. Deletion requests are identity- and scope-verified and may preserve records required for consent, furnishing, disputes, security, legal holds, or recipient history; JPC does not infer or invent unsupported retention durations.
How do I correct or delete my information?
Use your account to correct or dispute information, withdraw participation, request deletion, ask for accommodation or an alternate format, and reach human support. Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, processing restriction or objection, opt-out, appeal, human review, authorized-agent, consumer-report copy, file disclosure, recipient-history, dispute or reinvestigation, and adverse-action rights where applicable. Submit privacy or rights requests through the authenticated website workflow, inquiries@jeffreypaulchamberlain.com, or support@jeffreypaulchamberlain.com. JPC may verify identity and scope before acting.
