Help learners build a professional record they can carry forward.

JPC is developing programs for schools, colleges, universities, libraries, workforce organizations, and other learning communities. The goal is simple: help people recognize evidence in their own experience and communicate it with accuracy, context, and control.

No institutional program is being offered yet. There is no launch date, curriculum license, price, accreditation, student outcome, enrollment commitment, institutional data handling, or youth Discord access.

Why this matters

Traditional résumés often compress a person's work into titles and short claims. Learners also need a repeatable way to identify the decisions they made, the constraints they faced, the evidence they created, and the value they delivered. The Living Professional Record is designed to preserve that fuller story without replacing the learner's ownership of it.

Areas under development

Evidence and professional narrative

Activities that help learners convert projects, jobs, service, caregiving, military experience, and community work into accurate evidence-backed descriptions.

AI literacy and responsible assistance

Practical guidance for using AI to organize and clarify experience without inventing facts, hiding authorship, or giving away control of private information.

Career and workforce readiness

Structured preparation for applications, interviews, transitions, and employer conversations using reusable evidence rather than one-time résumé wording.

Facilitator and educator support

Future guides, workshop materials, cohort structures, and implementation support for educators and workforce professionals.

Institutional pathways

Future named-seat, cohort, sponsored-access, and program models designed around privacy, accessibility, learner consent, and clear institutional boundaries.

Who we expect to serve

  • high schools and career/technical education programs
  • colleges, universities, alumni, and career-service teams
  • libraries, workforce boards, and community learning organizations
  • veteran, military-family, and transition programs
  • employers or associations operating genuine learning and mobility programs
  • foundations or sponsors supporting defined learner cohorts

Design commitments

  • keep the learner's professional record under the learner's control
  • separate education from hiring decisions, paid ranking, or candidate fees
  • use clear consent, privacy, retention, and role boundaries
  • support accessibility and honest evidence practices
  • avoid unsupported accreditation, employment, or outcome claims
  • define named seats, sponsorship, support, and data responsibilities explicitly
