Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Jeffrey Paul Chamberlain LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information. Product-specific notices and consent screens may provide more detail. If they conflict, the more specific notice controls for that processing.
1. Information collected
- Account, identity, contact, authentication, transaction, subscription, support, device, log, security, and communication information.
- Life-Path Record content, evidence references, work history, outcomes, skills, preferences, work conditions, availability, blocks, corrections, and approved Renderings.
- Employer or staffing organization, authorized users, clients or worksites, positions, compensation, W-2 arrangement, licenses or registrations, verification, and payment information.
- Scoreless Enterprise Match pair, consent-cycle, authorization, Candidate Summary, Ready Pool, random-block, furnishing, reveal, correction or dispute, adverse-action, notice, and audit-event information.
- Candidate and customer survey observations such as contact, interview, offer, hire, decline, closure, accuracy, misuse, or fraud report.
- Optional fairness or demographic information only under a separate notice and lawful permission; this information is isolated from live matching.
2. Uses
- Provide and secure services; build and manage records; verify accounts, staffing clients, positions, and permissions; and process payments or refunds.
- Apply scoreless Enterprise Match admission, position-specific consent, post-consent Candidate Summary generation, Ready Pool controls, closed-cycle random non-repeating blocks, identity or contact reveal, rights notices, adverse-action support, fraud prevention, audit, legal holds, and correction or dispute workflows.
- Evaluate quality, retrieval misses, exposure, outcomes, accessibility, discrimination risk, and potential improvements through service testing and review.
- Comply with law, available-jurisdiction requirements, regulator or court requests, and enforcement of agreements.
3. Automated processing
Enterprise Match uses a versioned scoreless process to create Candidate–Customer–position pairs under applicable administrative and legal requirements and to randomly furnish authorized, current, identity-protected Candidate Summaries within closed consent cycles. It does not score, rank, band, recommend, top-k, or use consent speed, Candidate identity, protected characteristics, Summary content, skill level, ingestion order, or Customer preference to allocate Candidates. Generative AI may assist with drafting or explanations but is not an allocation, furnishing, reveal, or employment-decision authority. JPC does not use face, voice, emotion, personality, handwriting, accent, social-media, or biometric inference for matching.
4. Disclosures
- Service providers and processors for hosting, security, communications, payment, support, analytics, AI assistance, audit, and professional services under contract.
- For an authorized position, a verified Customer may receive a validated identity-protected Candidate Summary if randomly selected for a non-repeating block. After a successful authorized reveal request and revalidation, the Customer may receive the candidate-approved identity and contact information. JPC does not recruit, interview, negotiate, recommend, or place Candidates and exits after successful reveal.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, and transaction counterparties when legally appropriate.
- JPC does not sell candidate identity or charge candidates for referral or placement. Applicable state-law definitions of sale or sharing and required opt-outs will be honored.
5. Identity protection and blocks
Before identity or contact reveal, JPC uses pseudonymous keys and suppresses direct contact information, names, photographs, precise location, unique narratives, and other high re-identification signals. Identity protection reduces risk but does not justify calling a Summary anonymous.
6. Outcomes and fairness research
Candidate and Customer responses are stored as separate observations. No response is unknown, not a negative result, and Customer or Candidate silence does not create an inferred rejection. A Customer outcome does not alter neutral allocation or lower a Candidate score because Enterprise Match uses no Candidate score. Optional fairness information is stored separately with restricted access and is not supplied to live matching, Customer results, or the random-block allocator.
7. Retention
JPC retains information only for service, consent, consumer-reporting, dispute, fraud or security, audit, legal, and validation purposes. Candidate current-status revalidation occurs at 14 days. Enterprise Match is not currently available. Before it is offered, JPC will establish category-specific schedules for retention, deletion, backups, deletion verification, legal holds, disputes, security logs, and recipient history; JPC does not infer or invent durations.
8. Rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, processing restriction or objection, opt-out, appeal, human review, authorized-agent, consumer-report copy, file disclosure, recipient-history, dispute or reinvestigation, and adverse-action rights where applicable.
- Enterprise Match pause or withdrawal, 14-day availability, employer, staffing, client, affiliate, or industry blocks, communication preferences, and optional fairness-data withdrawal.
- Accommodation and alternative-process requests without penalty.

9. Security and incidents

No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected incidents to support@jeffreypaulchamberlain.com. JPC will provide legally required incident notices.
