Commerce, cancellation, and refund terms
These pre-launch disclosures explain the intended Commerce lifecycle. Connected checkout remains unavailable until North Carolina registration and the approved Stripe Tax configuration are evidenced.
Subscriptions
Failed initial payment creates no paid access. A failed renewal begins a seven-calendar-day grace period, followed by suspension if unresolved. Nonrefunded cancellation preserves access through the paid-through date. An approved full refund ends the related paid entitlement immediately.
One-time and scoped work
One-time access follows the duration and limits on its offer page. Hourly services require a written scope, authorized quantity or spend cap, customer authorization, and internal engagement identifier. Payment cannot expand that scope. An approved full refund ends the related payment-based entitlement without deleting historical review, scope, consent, or work records.
Tax and fulfillment
Displayed paid prices exclude tax. Applicable tax will be calculated separately only after the product-specific classification and Anrok configuration are accepted. A browser return page never grants final fulfillment; verified provider events drive auditable order and entitlement transitions.
