Statuses are gates, not promises of service. Every later phase is rechecked against the Candidate, Employer, position, work-location, consent, and current-evidence facts that apply to that phase.

No need to submit your résumé or fill out any applications

When activated, the Enterprise Match engine will automatically compare an opted-in Candidate’s completed Living Professional Record with accepted open positions. Browsing this page does not create an application or enrollment.

Notifications of any job matches are emailed to you

When matching is activated, simply review the matched position and decide whether to consent to release for review by the Company hiring for the position.

OptIn to the Enterprise Match Program

Unlike a normal job board, the activated Candidate path will use your complete Living Professional Record and separate OptIn choice to customize a pseudonymous Candidate Summary to matching open positions automatically.

The Company may contact you to progress further in its consideration process

If the Company selects your Candidate Summary, chooses to request a reveal, and every Candidate-consent and release condition passes, the Company may receive your approved contact information and contact you.
