Book III worksheets
Free templates and worksheets from The Living Professional Record, Appendices A to L.
These are the templates and worksheets from The Living Professional Record: A Practical Blueprint for Owning Your Work, Evidence, and Professional Truth in the Age of AI (Appendices A to L). They are free to download. The table shows where each one fits among the site's eight Record layers, its six steps and the Record Builder. Book III counts the parts differently, so this page explains how the two line up. Use the ones you need.
Free to use for your own record. These worksheets are for personal organization and reflection. Do not enter confidential employer, client, patient, student or coworker information, or anything you are not allowed to keep or share. Use summary-only placeholders instead. Do not paste restricted material into outside AI tools unless you are authorized and the tool is approved for that use. These worksheets are not legal, employment, financial or career advice, and they do not promise an interview, a job or any other result.
Credit line on every worksheet: From The Living Professional Record, Jeffrey Paul Chamberlain. These are templates, not the book manuscript.
